I can only imagine the scene in LA... drymount, enough with the 'are you printing more offsets' emails. Just put the damn listing back up with Coming Soon. Please!

I produced a limited edition of Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité large format letterpress prints for sale at District 13 Art Fair with Galerie Itinerrance recently. A few remaining prints from the edition are available and we will be offering them in a raffle! The raffle begins at 10am (PDT) Saturday, October 13th. To join the raffle please go here: https://store.obeygiant.com/products/li ... etterpress

This raffle ends on Monday, October 15th at 11:59pm (PDT). One entry per email. Winners will be selected at random. If you are selected you will be sent an email with a link to purchase. You will have 24 hours to complete your purchase after which another name will be drawn. No Purchase Necessary to enter in this drawing. Good luck!

I created the Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité art piece to show support for France after the Nov. 13, 2015 terror attacks which happened just before the time of my Earth Crisis installation at the Eiffel Tower. The piece was very important to me as a symbol of unity during a dark, tragic moment. I was moved that the art and the message was inspiring for so many people in France, and beyond, and it has remained one of my most requested images since it was first created. I’m excited to be releasing it now as a fine art, large-format letterpress print. The print is the largest letterpress I’ve made, printed by Aardvark Letterpress using the largest impression area available for this type of printing in Los Angeles. The print features red and blue screen-print with a black and blind deboss (inkless impression) letterpress. The prints also feature a hand torn deckled edge. I’m very pleased with the enhanced elegance these techniques lend to this print. - Shepard

Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité. 23 x 30 inch large format letterpress. 100% cotton custom archival paper by Legion Paper. Hand torn deckled edges and Obey publishing chop. Signed by Shepard Fairey. Edition of 90. $1,000. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

They just had the raffle open for a few minutes. Well-oiled machine

I was curious how big this LF was going to be as a letterpress. I wasn't expecting it to be smaller than the offset but that' even better.

I wonder if I'll have to enter again tomorrow

Great looking print. Would definitely not mind having one.
Did expect to see more actual letterpress in the large format letterpress print tho.
Looks more like a screen print that was put through a separate press for the emboss pattern, or vice versa.
I love the smell of popped tubes in the morning.
