That's really impressive given that NYCC is not exactly Pollock territory.

It did take forever to get through to the end, even with the extra step of a Bottlebux code and WiFi turned off

This is what they said on Twitter. Not sure if we need to ask or not.
In regards to online releases, we held back an allocation for ppl that couldn't attend. Allocations aren't too large but we will be releasing everything over the next few days. This way you can combine and save some money if you purchase a few prints. Will keep everyone updated.

So frustrating to hit the "Complete Order" button and then it goes tot he sold out screen but that's the way it goes.

they already refunded the shipping and combined orders. that's helluva customer service right there
