^ Yes, but they have to disclose the fees, I believe. Go figure.

Funny thing just happened. It was 2am. I was out for a run. The neighborhood was dark and silent. I was catching a breather outside of the exit gate. The gate opened and a car came flying out only to come to a screeching halt with me standing 12-15 feet outside of the driver's side door. A guy jumped out and grabbed at his pants like he was going for a gun. I thought he was running up on me. Only he didn't grab a gun. He whipped out his pecker and took a piss right in front of me. Scared the fudge outta me and I told him as much as he cackled manically and let the stream flow. I ran off into the night. Strange encounter...

Any advice on a good place to buy a couple dozen of inexpensive 18x24 (hopefully quality) frames?

They have Michael's in Canada? Weekly 40-50% off coupons online + a nice selection of off-the-rack, standard sized frames.

I was there a couple of days ago and was not impressed with the selection they had, even at 40% off (I think that's what it was). There were a couple of frames they had that I liked, but they were not on sale and priced at $80-90 a piece. I will be around a larger Michael's in a couple of days, maybe there is more to choose from there.

Yeah, they usually come to $20-30 each with a coupon. Some weeks they will be on sale + you can get 20% more off. Huge selection at mine...

I will see what they have at a larger store. Any recommendations for a place to buy decent frames online?
