Goodbye Yellow Brick Road and Madman Across the Water are two that rank pretty high with me. But he has such a rich catalog, it's really hard to choose, and would mostly depend on what mood I'm in at the time.
So it goes...

Good one!
My friend Mark, who lives in Cleveland, was hired by Elton during his tour for The One album. His job was to make sure everything Elton wanted and needed on his plane during the tour was there for him. Magazines, food, drink, etc. He was also the server on the plane. Elton bought him a really nice fringed buckskin jacket as a parting gift at the end of the tour. My favorite story from the tour was Elton had a party at his condo in Atlanta and Mark was invited. Mark sees this beautiful glass desk from across the room and says to Elton that he loves that glass desk. Elton says, "Honey, that's Lalique!"

Yes. One of my guilty pleasures, actually. The soundtrack is supreme.

Worked an Elton John concert event earlier this year and got to see him perform.
One of the coolest concerts I've ever seen. Was basically front row since having all access badge.
Been on a big Elton kick since then.

This Train Don't Stop There Anymore was a surprisingly great post-prime Elton song.
