^ As Irevv— pointed out above, we have some tests that were printed off-center with larger borders on two sides. If one were to frame these it seems like you'd want to trim those two sides to center the image. But if that alteration is a breach of archival standards maybe you could frame as is. What do think?
Any time I’ve seen a poster for sale that was trimmed it has been considered a serious flaw that greatly diminished its value
If I really like it, I trim it and frame it (happened only once though). Otherwise, to the flatfile it goes , which is a shame; but I currently have only 3 prints like that, including the trimmed one, I believe. Also, I don't particularly care about test prints and don't really understand why they are sold for more than the actual print most of the time. Sperry is rather is an exception though. I remember I almost wet my pants when fallstaff posted the Dryad test he obtained a couple of years ago (edit: http://forum.expressobeans.com/viewtopi ... 4#p3318094, almost wet my pats again, when I found it )
^ Thanks for the responses. I guess it's a better idea not to mess with the tests. Here's the Dragons test (one of ricv's KAWS!) I was thinking about framing but I'll leave it whole.
Bubbie, haha, luckily I was in the right place at the right time to score that Dryad double-sided test. Generally Sperry's regular run outranks any test print but here I think that Dryad is an exception and eclipses even the panel I have on the wall at home.

Any Sperry collectors who could answer a couple questions for me? I'm a big Neko fan, and I've been obsessed with this print since I first saw it a couple months ago. I've had no luck in any of the gallery sites I know to check or in forums FB groups I've posted ISO's.
1) Is it just a really tough find, or do I not know where to look as a non-hardcore Sperry collector?
2) Ballpark for what I should expect to pay if I do find one?
Any info, tips, help, or just well wishes would be greatly appreciated!

I have one I think, I could take a look
!!!!!
You'll make my month/year/life if you do!
This one's also a favorite of mine. Fun fact: I was leafing though an art book and noticed a distinctive woman's dress, and I said "hey, that's Chuck's poster." Turns out Chuck must have used the 1545 painting as a source, Agnolo Bronzino's Portrait of Eleonora of Toledo. He makes alterations to the portrait, updating and enriching the older image with a contemporary take.
Good call ....
