$13 mil guaranteed though. Rumor is they essentially asked him to play for close to veteran's minimum. Can't blame him for declining that. He's definitely fallen off, but still bummer - one of my favorites. Have to think he'd have a couple more really good years left without the ACL from a couple years back.

Ultimately I think it was best for GB to let him go. Better to let him go a couple years to early rather than a couple years too late. He'll never be the player he used to be. So they've gotten the best out of him at this point

these are the kinds of players that shine in NE . . . hoping the Pats grab him.

would have been happy with either Barkley or Darnold..the O is now stacked with Barkley, Engram & OBJ,,if Solder can keep Eli upright..the gmen can make some noise
