While they could have been picking up a Sperry lady. Much better ROI
Is it though? There are ones on ebay for ~$35 profit that are not selling...
(FWIW, I actually grabbed both things, the Tomb Raider was for a buddy that worked on the film)

Interesting thread from Sean Gordon Murphy on Twitter about why he hasn't worked with Mondo to date.
https://twitter.com/Sean_G_Murphy/statu ... 9398623239
Basically he doesn't like how payment works and was seemingly offended that they wouldn't pay him his standard rate.
Oh and of course Doyle pops up to take some backhanded swipes and remind everyone that he was once a part of Mondo. Now he left because they wouldn't pay artists their asking rate. Also he's happy to remind everyone that Tim League owns Alamo and Mondo. So there's that.

Hey y'all
Has been a looong time since purchasing anything from Mondo. I think Justin was still there. That long.
Just wondering, and apologies if this has already been addressed 100 times, but what time roughly do the releases go live?
Still 11-12 CST?

Its an interesting argument - the flat rate vs. AP sales. It's really a gamble for artists, but like Danger said, if you gauge it right and know your market, the APs seem to be much more beneficial to the artist.
If you're someone like Kurtz and his AP pricing that's clearly the case.
Also sounds like SGM isn't familiar enough with the market for screenprints. I get his ethical argument about paying an artist an earned rate, but it's definitely different than comic page rates.

I hear people will just give you money if you put up an option to donate when doing a print sale...

I went Reg, I wasn't a fan of the green. I tried for His Silicon Soul and couldn't get it so good job!
