SHOW US YOUR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, etc...."NICE" ART
Cross post from framing (with a better pic, now that it's on the wall):
I've, rather obviously, been a big FC/Bob Burden fan for decades. Stoked to have one of his pieces on the wall. As an added bonus, it was framed by his long time letterer, Roxanne Starr and I believe it will be in a future issue. And, as all of Flaming Framing's frames, it GID.

She's only been doing sculpture work for around a year (and she's already this good ). I was lucky enough to see/hold her first sculpture for Life is Beautiful last year, and so I knew going into this show that I wanted one. They're a lot heavier than you'd initially expect! I spoke with her and she's very excited to continue working in 3D, so I look forward to seeing what else she creates.
Here are a few others she's made over the last year:

At long (LONG) last, after a shipping nightmare that I had really given up on having a happy ending, this Linnea Strid skateboard has finally made its way to my wall. I love it and Linnea couldn't have been any better to work with through all the lost package issues.

I've never really been a fan of landscapes, but Seth's work is an exception. His lighting is superb. Beautiful piece, congrats! Was this still up on 1xRun's site till you bought it?

Huge fan of Seth's work, and he couldn't be a nicer guy. Congrats Origo! We got to shoot "Dinner Time" so I got a good look at that one. It's one of my favorite pieces Seth has created in recent years.
