I asked seller for return label and they told me no it's my job to pay for shipping to get it back. will Amazon chat later again and see what they want me to do now. I'm anticipating them saying keep the drymounting item and they're gonna refund me anyway and fight with seller.
If it wasn't "fulfilled by Amazon" you might have to send it back to Bison on your own . . . When it is fulfilled by Amazon, they would probably just give you a time for a UPS pickup at your house.
no, Amazon confirmed it was the seller's responsibility to get me a label.

Whole lot of Houstonians got bum trees this year and are getting a credit/refund. Neighbors tree had needles falling off it, day one.

Yeah, I have zero sympathy for that. They're cutting them down. Of course the trees are dead. They killed them. What do they expect
So it goes...

Costco’s return/price matching is drymounting crazy, but people are DOUCHEBAGS and take complete advantage of it. I used to work at Costco back in high school/college and people would buy big screen TVs for the super bowl and then return them the next week. They have a 90-day no questions asked return policy on all electronics which is awesome if the product is defective/truly disappointing, but some people have no drymounting shame.

Just exactly how is this being filmed?
