Brainwash imprisoning me
All that I see
Covered in splatters
I cannot live
I cannot die
Trapped at this show
I thought he was Banksy?!?

I received a easily 5 foot long tube with a diameter of 8 inches for the Marilyn Monroe print in like 2011 or 2012. It stores so many smaller tubes now.

Hero's print arrived completely damaged.
Anyone have luck getting a print replaced/refunded?

I've seen that happen when there's a piece of tape keeping it rolled, and someone is dumb and instead of removing the tape, they just pull the kraft resulting in the print being ripped too. Not saying you did that, but if someone handled it between Brainwash and you?

Yeah i would prepare to be dealing with paypal. I have twice had to deal with camp brainwash for damage/missing print. Both times it was a lot of legwork, unreturned emails etc. It took finding a phone number to call them to get any results. That was years ago before they even put the disclaimer on the site. My prediction is they will try to say you did it so tough luck
