And like Cinlabyrinth said, if Amazon stated up front that there would be a delay (which I've actually had happen several times because they were short on something), then yeah, no issues. You don't actually have to buy it.

Are you buying from an ebay seller that states there will be a delay in shipping? And all those other conditions Cinlabyrinth said and Michael reiterated are stated up front?
