I am a Noob and still learning how to navigate around the site. Just started collecting. I have made a few purchases on EB and on ebay. My question is, to help contribute to tracking the accuracy of all information about trades, sales and etc. is there a way to submit this information? Or do volunteers and administrators do the research themselves and update it periodically?

As mentioned, you can add ebay listings (both in progress and completed) by entering the Ebay Auction ID into the "Add Auction" box on any listing's For Sale page
e.g. http://expressobeans.com/members/detail ... 054/trades (middle right above the lower grid)
For non-ebay transactions, typically it's on the seller to record their sells. So ideally, whoever you purchased the print from would record that transaction. If you know for a fact they're not on the site, or for some reason they're not going to enter the sell themselves, then you can enter it as the buyer. Just mention in the Note/Comment field that you're recording it as the buyer
e.g. "Sell recorded by buyer"

Thank you for the help. Love my new hobby and this site...
Hi! Noob here... If I want to enter a purchase, do I enter the total amount I paid (incl. shipping), or only the price of the print? I purchased a print in an FB group for $65 plus $35 shipping, so shipping had a big impact on the price I paid.
Hi! Another noob here. If I made a purchase and want to enter the price on EB, do I add the total amount including shipping, or only the price of the print? In my case I recently bought a print in an FB group for $65, but paid $35 shipping on top of that. The shipping had a significant impact on the price, so in my opinion it would make sense to enter the total amount including shipping. Right?
On the “Sell or trade item” window, you could always add it in the “Note” field before pressing “Sold at price shown”.airV wrote:Hello
can I enter a non-eBay purchase, with the "buyer reported sale" mention?
nor is it possible, how should I do?
