Heading into town from Steamboat for one night and I'm looking for the right place to see Close Encounters. Of the ones listing showtimes for CE3K, which one provides the best viewing experience?

Options are:

Regal Continental Stadium 10 & RPX on S. Monaco Pkwy
UA Colorado Center Stadium 9 & IMAX on S. Colorado Blvd
Harkins Northfield 18 on Northfield Blvd
AMC Arapaho Crossing 16 on S. Parker Rd in Aurora
UA Denver Pavillions Stadium 15 on 16th Street

Any preferences?

Hawkins is my usual theater, not giant screens but I like it. Colorado Center Stadium 9 is going to be the largest screen, I think. I would think IMAX would be a must for Close Encounters if it were available.

When are you coming down?

Seated at Pavillions for the 7:15 show. I'm in town to drop my mom at the airport early tomorrow, so putting her in a theater seat for 2hr 17min meant I had to go with the reclining seats.

Thanks for the reply though. I read up on Harkins and that massive Cine Capri screen sounds awesome. Next time!
