+1 on the Hunting Party drop. It an amazing piece and is going to look great next to my framed Udon II and Year of the Monkey.

Pulled the trigger last minute on this, couldn't resist the illustration in the end and also my first JJ piece :pint:

Thinking of a single/double white mat in a white frame.

Beautiful print. I had to buy one. Curious what the print run will be? I dont even know where to start with a guess. this is my first timed edition James Jean print purchase, and I havent followed the past ones.

+1 I haven't been in on a JJ release since Adrift a few years ago, but I got in on this. Def in that Tiger III style but in a darker shade.

My guess would be in the 500 count range. Udon II seemed to have a lot more hype, especially since it was a street art piece in LA for a while, and it had a final count of 627.

really wanted this one but ultimately passed - it looks a lil muddy with the dark colors and over the all composition is a bit too lose

Passed as well. Was hoping he was going to do individual animals, like his Year Of The Monkey.

mother! is a signed and numbered limited edition of giclée prints. Working directly with Darren Aronofsky, Jean created the image for mother! as the launch poster for the movie, which features a collection of easter eggs from the enigmatic story. The print features an ornate gold foil embossed title, a blind embossment of a crystal heart, and a gold foil chop. The print releases 8:00 PM PDT on Thursday, September 14th in a limited edition of only 100 pieces.

Print: 33 1/2” x 23”

Image: 29 7/8” x 19 15/16”

Price: $395

Reproduced at the same size as the original painting.
