watched the first episode of the Castlevania anime written by Warren Ellis - pretty solid setup; only four eps but I started it late, so will probably just finish the last three tonight.

Watched "Here Alone" and thoroughly enjoyed it. Gut-wrenching bit of indie horror.

Been watching Friends from College on Netflix. Love it.

The Void was great for atmosphere and practical effects, the story was a little too "all over the place." Still, I really enjoyed it and look forward to seeing what those guys can do with a bigger budget.

I enjoyed it very much also, despite the overwhelmingly negative response from critics. Gets much funnier after the first episode.

Very much agree with Friends From College. If you can make it past the first episode, the next bunch are well worth it.
Gypsy was awful. Good premise, poor execution. I fell asleep midway through the second episode and realized I don't care enough about any of the characters to want to go back and watch more

Surprised to hear people and critics don't like friends from college. We're digging it.

Another one here in favor of "Friends from College". I was watching it in our living room last night, cracking up out loud, and my wife was like wtf?

Still digging it here. 2 episodes left. We've been laughing out loud too. It walks a line somewhere between at Elmo's Fire, threeome, and happy endings.
