I think that could work (the whole 2 bag solution). Is there a reason you can't just make the single bag longer? Maybe that would make it too unwieldy once filled?

The snug fit of the rolls inside the channels helps to keep the bag straight (rigid). If I make the bags with too much space allowance between rolls it will loose that feature and become floppy. Maybe it's just me...dunno'...when using that much weight around art I'd want to have more control (rigid is always better.)

I know. Let me tell you, it was hard to keep a straight face while typing...but, there was no getting around it. It took a long time to finally hit the submit button. Sounds like I'm teaching sex ed to a poster nerd.

You should branch out into codpieces and RHCP style rooster socks.

Pennyweight bag UPDATE:

I'm shipping the new Pennyweight proto bags, tomorrow, to the 'tester'. I feel confident that he will like them. Just a few more days or so and I should be able to put some sets up at my store.

Ah! I see. (That's what I thought when I googled.) I don't put images on the bags unless they are requested as a custom order (and is a service that I provide at my costs for materials - the extra labor is free.) Those images would be v-e-r-y cool, though.
