How do I add an image next to my name?

looks to the left of the screen ....

Forum Tools --> Profile ... look at the section on the bottom.

dont worry i have the same problems. i cant seem to get the picture size small enough and have the required pixel amount. i have a photo program but it doesnt modify the pictures correctly.

anyone know of a free program to adjust picture size and the amount of pixels?

what's the best free program ? Mine looks smaller than it should be every time I try to upload a picture.
