Dudes - Sorry, I had to cancel my trip to Austin. My dad, Jack, died on Friday (3/10/17), and I have family stuff to manage. Many of you may have exchanged emails with Jack when he worked here in the office at TBM for about 8 years, a few years back. Thanks for all the folks who have reached out already. Your kind intentions are appreciated.

Was really sorry to hear about that, Jay. Loved the trips through the family photos you were sharing, though. All the best to you and yours, hope everyone is doing as well as they can be.

Wow, I had forgotten Jack did email support... He was the first person I interacted with when contacting the bird machine when I began collecting Jay's work.
Swell guy.
All the best to your family, Jay.

Very sorry to hear it. I didn't know Jack was Jay's dad. He's still about the nicest customer support-er I've ever had the pleasure of complaining (not really) to.
just a foil for me today, thanks

Be well Jay. Saw the news on Instagram but didn't put 2 in 2 together that dad was the service and shipping dept at the shop. Great guy, glad you all had the chance to work together like that.
