Is that Horkey's graphite lettering on the wall under the OG?

If it's the Gilded Age show you're talking about, then yes, he did graphite for all the painting names on the wall underneath them.

There was half-joking about cutting out those segments of the wall to go for sale or go with the OGs.

"Half." :P

Wow thanks Mfaith! How would it feel to be the guy who got the job of painting over those.

stick a frame around 'em. Oh, and is anyone seriously jealous that he can just free-hand that fudge at will?

Happy New Year, everyone! One of my friends was able to go to Esao's studio sale and took some photos for me to geek out on. Hopefully, you all enjoy them as much as I do...

Wall of prints:

*Hangover II wasn't for sale; it was a test print. I do wish it was though...

Sketches:

^ I couldn't believe the sketch for "On Letting Go" was on display. F*ing amazing. Really wish I could've seen it in person.
Image
^ This looks like the sketch for Hangover II, but maybe it's for III? Not sure, I forgot to ask my friend to ask Esao.
Image
Image
^ This sketch is so awesome with all the little details. It looks like it could work as a "House of Mystery" cover, but I'm not sure. Anyone know if there is a final image (yet)?
Image
^ Sketch of "Satellite" that I remember Esao posting to Instagram before. I think the pencil sketch version would've been terrific as an ink drawing similar to "World Traveler." The final result worked much better as an oil painting.
