I have no "NEW TOPIC" button on "FOR SALE/TRADE"

I have been a member since 9/18/2016 and would like to post items for sale.

I have Phish posters, Grateful Dead posters and Trey Anastasio posters.
I have used this site to check poster prices in the past.

I do not know if other items are sold here - such as Phish Tee Shirts, Patches and Magnets. I also have PTBM stubs.

So the question is how do I post in the FOR SALE/TRADE SECTION???

Do I need a Moderator approval???

You should be good to post 'em. New members require a few posts before they are granted access to all of the site's features.

I see no way for me to post an item for sale. In the "OPEN MARKET" section I do not see any way to post a new thread. What am I missing???

Because this is the only area I have successfully been able to post it please excuse me.

I am trying to complete the few posts required of new members.
