Someone posted a photo awhile ago of a reg in a white frame that I thought was pretty good too, but I can't find it now. Anyone else?

Unless there is a defect in the mat, I'd say yes. Look at the bottom left of the mat. You can see a reflection. Edit to add: also bottom left of the print.

From a Japanese auction: http://page7.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g106163420 sold for 30,000 yen ~ $378 back in July 13, 2012.
