Gorgeous pieces. Very disappointed that they weren't in the preview since they would have been the only ones I could actually afford. Not like I would have even had a chance at them but still sad you had to be at the show to even have a chance at them.
I flew halfway accross the country for the show and waited in line for a few hours to be early enough to get one. I still would have gone to she show without the added bonus of these sketches being available, but it sure was a nice addition.ComicAddict wrote:Gorgeous pieces. Oh I completely understand, mlinderer. I'm happy you were able to get it. I guess what I should have said is it would have been nice if there were more affordable pieces like that offered in the preview. Not everyone can drop $5,000 on a piece or make it to the show. I know I would love to own an original by Audrey but if there are never any affordable pieces like those made available for people who can't get to shows I don't foresee me ever owning one.

"Where are my testicles Summer? They were removed; where have they gone?"
Dave did an awesome job with my sketch request. Finally got around to sharing it on here.
Got these done at Baltimore Comic-Con last weekend.
Thor and Loki by Walt Simonson in my custom bound hardcovers of his Thor run (also signed by John Workman, who lettered the run):
And Henry Lyme and Meru by Matt Kindt in my custom bound Mind MGMT hardcovers:
Next year, I think I'm going to have to spring for a sketch from Jeremy Bastian. Man, his stuff is incredible.
