So I just picked up one of these from Dead.net for $50 and it is s/n out of 400 by Johannsen. Is this a third printing? This post does not mention a s/n edition for the first or second run. Can any mods help out with some info?

I was assuming when I purchased one that it was a 3rd edition as well. Just my thought though.......
How to Pack and Ship a Poster.............

Yes it's a 3rd printing. It's a new printing using different paper and inks and is signed and numbered out of 400. It's not the first or second printing.

Good question! I've definitely looked at some of the vintage concert prints and wondered about the different edition abbreviations.admiller83 wrote:What does "OP" stand for?

Wow. I don't know if this is a backlash from the badly packaged Emek prints but my Telluride print came today in the biggest tube I have ever gotten a poster in. This thing is mondo big. Like 8 inches in diameter. HUGE. nice print. I got 89/400.
They generally follow Eric King's guide:MattStrine wrote:Good question! I've definitely looked at some of the vintage concert prints and wondered about the different edition abbreviations.admiller83 wrote:What does "OP" stand for?

RP=Reprinting
OHB=Original Handbill

Do you recall how much you paid for shipping? It looks like all of the shipping that I've seen starts at $24.00 bucks, I'm sure after TONS of complaints and returns they got sick of having to deal with damaged prints and pissed off customers.admiller83 wrote:Wow. It took about 2 1/2 months to get a replacement print sent to me.
my replacement emek print also came in one of those CANNON's, I can't say that it did a whole lot of good. The print was still bouncing around in the drymounting tube and I still ended up having some issue's with the corners
Now DEAD.NET has these up for sale for $100.00
Common sense, is not that common

I got one of his last copies of the original printing from him a few years ago.
