As to AP's, most of the Koziks from this era have AP editions of 50, but I'm unaware of whether any AP copies of this exist.

This is #5. I got it directly from Lindsay Kuhn back in 93”
Unfortunately, It was partially damaged in shipment (broke my heart) with a few creases.
I have many of Frank’s top 10 but this is by far the gem of my collection.
