This guy's work looks very MBW-ish. Yet people don't dickride him. It's a shame he gets so little love cause he does have some interesting pieces. Art is hype.

And he's been doing it longer than MBW too. Definitely an underrated artist IMO. Here's the ones I grabbed yesterday.Noah0189 wrote:This guy's work looks very MBW-ish. Yet people don't dickride him. It's a shame he gets so little love cause he does have some interesting pieces. Art is hype.

renegagnon:
A decade ago I created this concept, if you own the original print you will see '2006' in the gold label. The image was developed from a series of street installations I was doing at the time (I wrapped labels with different titles around spray cans and left them in the street). Two years later in '2008' I produced my first handmade screen print depicting what I thought at the time would be one of 'my' most iconic images. Since then it has been shown all over the world and most recently on #keepingupwiththekardashians although the version most people know was not done by me. This print, 10 cans, represents ten years of #graffitisoup To be released later this week. #ReneGagnon #screenprint #urbanart #streetart #spraypaint #warhol
It looks MBW-ish to you because MBW stole Rene's idea and produced a version of his own. Nothing looks MBW-ish because all of MBW's art was stolen from others.Noah0189 wrote:This guy's work looks very MBW-ish. Yet people don't dickride him.
