I'm doing my damn best to hold a hard line stance of "no pins."

I fell hard into vinyl records, then the occasional toy...

I don't need another thing to collect.

I can see why people collect pins, I used to myself when I was young granted they weren't "collectables". Now like jayper said I don't need another thing to collect or worry about missing out on. For those who like pins it's a great time to like them, every one I have seen Mondo or Vacvvm release have been high quality.

They are at least way cheaper than prints and have more function. I've moved away from graphic tees and more into nicer polos or button ups.

Pins for me are nice so that you can dress nice but have a bit of flair. People seem to notice them.

But for real, what are people doing with said pins? Surely not wearing them, and for the love of God, don't tell me people are putting them on their hats or something. Is their any good way to display them?

I usually put them on my breast pocket.

Or on my lapel when I occasionally where a suit.

True enough, they are "cheap" and much easier to obtain than prints that's just known. For me personally I can't see me buying one unless it's a cool pin, for example the Casey Jones or the Vacvvm logo moth pin.
