My favorite Whalen by far. Interested to see what the foils look like.

Glad to have one of these coming my way. May try for a foil variant next week too.
I think it was offered as an incentive to subscribe to the series. The company wanting to reward those willing to invest in a series of prints that are yet to be revealed.

Cheesy film but so much fun. Those piano wires!
This may offend some but I really really like the Tom Cruise War of the Worlds movie. The sound is so awesome in the home theater. I will be desperately trying for this Whalen on Friday. The "machines" of the original version and sound effects from them are true classics.

Anyone get a glimpse of the foil variants? Hard to drop $150 on something sight unseen. Curious if the foil will be visible in the image area or only on the border. The regular and variant colorways don't really look to have much dead space where the foil would be showing.
DHM, do you guys have any images available?

Well, if I had a shot at a foil it disappeared when you drop them during the Mondo-Con drop.

Recon it'll be the white area, where unprinted paper is showing. Here's Slaters Robocop for example.
