Probably a better bet, no?
But yeah looks to be some noticeable small damage there
So that ebay sold for $1525...unframed with damage...Ok then. Not sure what to say about that.
Guess mine is going to ebay then once I take better pictures. Probably won't get $3k, but we'll have to see.

Been taking my licks' but hey, I still love you all.
1. The listing said "PERFECT CONDITION!!!!", and the damage wasn't that visible unless you closely studied the photographs. I'm assuming most people were bidding on it, assuming it was mint as stated.
2. For all we know, yours could be damaged.
3. There is not a chance in hell you are getting anywhere near $3K for that monstrosity anytime soon.

You know, I've been rather polite about your opinion, I get it...you don't like it and I'm half bending to agree with you that it's not the best frame choice. But I like it, it's not your problem, nor your money that will be spent on it.alittle wrote:1. Say something useful that adds to the discussion instead of hiding behind a screen and repeating what others have pointed out. You do know you can re-frame a piece, right? I'm sure you do, after all; making posts on a forum suddenly qualifies you as an expert.

How about next time you keep your sale spam where it belongs. You opened yourself up to the criticism.
Oh, and it's a given that anyone who buys it will re-frame it, but don't expect them to want to pay for your poor decisions, or the cost to ship it in the frame.

I have, and I've taken (my mistake of posting it here) it politely, however; you're rinse and repeat strategy of mocking it is frankly tiring. Anything else useful to add?alittle wrote:How about next time you keep your sale spam where it belongs. You opened yourself up to the criticism.
