i want to get a feel for what these are really like so that when i like the next image of interest i can buy,but before i do i would like to know the difference in quality between these giclee and say some offset posters, is it the paper used that brings the colours out, whats the print feel like, is the image smooth like a digital print, anyone
art is the only justification for pain
These are not like an offset at all. The images really do have a texture and depth to them. When I get a chance , I'll post some pictures later with them out of the packaging.clem99 wrote:i want to get a feel for what these are really like so that when i like the next image of interest i can buy,but before i do i would like to know the difference in quality between these giclee and say some offset posters, is it the paper used that brings the colours out, whats the print feel like, is the image smooth like a digital print, anyone
Same here. I just didn't have the money at the time so I settled for the two I liked best: 1. Permanent Voyage and 2. Separate Lives.BlakeAronson wrote:yea, i settled for two, didnt want to spend for three. but kinda wish i got monsoon now.relentlesskevin wrote:didnt have to sign for it... but it came to my P.O. I just received 'em today. the cool thing is that I got #1 of each : )
I have several older Esao prints and have been a fan for years. I actually own 4 Esao paintings, including Juturna (yes, the OG). Anyway, when I received these two prints, I went online to see what else was still available. I ordered Thumbelina today. I thought it would look good in the kitchen

Of course its a matter of opinion, but now that I have both, Monsoon will be the first on the wall This although nice may never make it. Only time can tell.
