I just googled 12/12/12 Kenya and found that day celebrated Jamhuri Day.
So it makes sense to highlight the eve of that next day. Kind of like saying xmas eve.

So I finally got mine in the mail yesterday from Okayplayer... No Kraft paper, very thin tube and the caps weren't even secure, no tape nothin'. Amazingly, the poster only had one very small edge ding and one very, very small corner ding.
