Probably will be a couple weeks on mine since we have friends coming in town this weekend, but Ive got my paint ordered as well.

I paid more for mine, but it was in better condition...
I'd maybe offer to take 2 of them for $300 and if he declines just pass. People on here have found some for like $50-75, so if you're really patient you'll find some super inexpensive ones.

I paid @$225 for two 5 drawer sections plus base. Needed some handles and one roller missing. But hey for storage it's perfect.

They look very nice but price-wise seem a bit high.

I picked up the 46" flat file version of the OP today from craigslist for $100. Took two months of waiting but it eventually popped up for the right price. Thanks for the post OP, I'll be doing a similar project in the spring.
