Great print! I think it is the best so far. The only think that would have been cooler is if it was hand pulled.

10% is the norm for newly released prints IMO. Since this print is, wow, 6 years old now, it doesnt really surprise me. The guy I bought mine from, bought it off of ebay. So essentially the same print got sold twice (now its framed and sitting pretty in my living room).

I think the reason for this being sold so much and for so much money is because it never made it to the show. I was in line to get this when they told us they weren't selling them. It was either something like the posters didn't make it on time or there was no tubes sent and it was raining so they didn't want them to get ruined. They put them up online after the shows. So you didn't have to be there to get it and everyone who was there wants one. (i know I do)

Me and some friends were waiting for the gates to open and got yelled at by security for running to get these posters at the show because we knew it was a Pollock. Maybe this was the second night. Coolest thing was I got #730 & my buddy got #731 and of course the shows were 7/30 and 7/31. People were able to get back in line multiple times and buy two and even three posters. Since many people got multiples, this explains why so many have been sold in the market. Never framed mine and I'll probably be putting #730 up for sale soon since its not being enjoyed on my wall.

I have one of these signed by everyone in the band. I was told there were 5 of these. I thought that this was an official run but I don't see a drop down for this variant. Does anyone else know anything about this.

Did you purchase this from the Waterwheel Foundation?

It was purchased from some foundation by my friend at this show. No it is not numbered out of 5. I was curious if anyone knew about these or if others existed.

It would have been purchased at the Waterwheel table. I'm not sure if the band still does this, but they used to sign 5 or so of the posters from the regular run and let Waterwheel sell them with all the money going to that charity. If memory serves they were $500 and yes, others exist.
