Heard the remainder from the show are being dropped sometime Thursday.
This is a really fabulous poster. The details on the curtains (scenes from the film: skull mt., Fay Wray tied up, etc.) are a great touch. But Kong's massive noggin' staring through the open window is both such an iconic image from the movie, and not the image I'd expected (versus many other iconic scenes in King Kong).

Shouldn't this be named "King Kong" since it was actually released prior to the other version? The other version should be "King Kong II" Am I just nuts?

Man I don't understand why this poster isn't getting more attention. This was always one of the images of the movie that I felt was the most iconic. I was pumped to get my hands on one of these. I think this is an amazing illustration and a real homage to the film. To each his own I guess.

Nice. Maybe I'll hang it in my Bathroom just to freak people out. I seriously think it's an amazing print though. Your avatar makes me feel like I can definitely trust your opinion.

I just got this print in the mail today. Laurent Durieux did a fantastic job on this. It's one of the best prints I have gotten in a while. I love it!
I am glad he tweaked the nose a bit from the preliminary drawing for the final print. Here is a before and after next to each other for comparison.

Indeed. First one looks like his nose is pressed up to the glass...
