Irish Car Bomb

3/4 pint Guinness® stout
1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.

No proper measurements here...

Pint glass filled with ice.

Equal parts vodka, rum, gin. Fill it about 2/3 up with that.

Splash of the blue island mixer
Dab or grenadine
Top with sprite.

Called them Black Widows at school.

Caribou-Lou:

151 Bacardi rum, Malibu Rum and a bunch of pineapple juice.

Mix all that up at any ratio you feel brave enough to tackle and you got yourself a strong but very tasty drink.

OR

If 151 is too high of a proof for ya we can drop it down to 100 proof with...

Snake Bite:

1 shot of Yukon Jack with a splash of Lime juice....mmmmmm....

My wife just made this at our bbq this past weekend, the huge batch went quick. (People were raving, but I'm a beer drinker).

Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade
-6 cups chopped seedless watermelon
-1 1/2 cups water
-1/4 lemon juice
-1/4 cup Agave
-homemade infused strawberry vodka (check on-line, takes 2-3 days) OR store bought strawberry vodka

-blend water, watermelon & lemon juice in a blender until liquid.
-pour mixture through a sieve (strain it)
-add Agave to mixture, stir
-taste for flavor, may need lemon juice or Agave as needed
-add strawberry vodka for summertime love

This sounds great...what can I use instead of agave? I doubt I can get hold of it here in the UK.
Would palm sugar work?

This sounds awful. I will definitely try it :pint:

BTW, not sure exactly what will be in the tube, but I'll throw some nice bits in, and jam it full. Some gig posters, art print or two, handbills, stickers, etc. Might be one or two D/S also, but it is free after all :)

" Skittle Bombs" are a straight forward take on Jagerbombs , just put a shot of Cointreau into a shotglass , put the shotglass into a slightly larger glass and add Red bull (or its far cheaper alternative) and bingo ...it tastes wonderful , just like the old sweets we used to have "Skittles" ...hense the name...

If your ever passing Cambridge , pop in and we can destroy a bottle or two ...but bring your own alka-selzers for the morning .. :pint:

Really a big Dark and Stormy fan

Squeeze a lime slice over ice, you don't need much, but it's a nice touch
Pour some dark rum over the lime covered ice
Follow by gently pouring in Ginger Beer (ginger beer, not ginger ale)
If you want to get fancy add a piece or two of candied ginger.

Depending on the rum/ginger beer you choose, the proportions are actually fairly different, so go to taste.
It's fantastic.
