Jesus Louie doing a Primus is a wet dream. Stoked to see what Soto has in mind.

Did anyone go to the first show of the tour last night?

Eager as hell to see what the first poster was since Zoltron & Primus's Facebook say nothing.

I'm really looking forward to Tim Doyle, Jeremy Fish, Drew Millward. Todd Slater, Jeff Soto, and Zoltron for this series.

Z should be getting up and around shortly, so he'll probably post something shortly.

I thought the first show of the tour was on the 3rd but nothing was shared. Well here's May 5th.

I told myself I spent way too much on the last tour of posters so only go after the ones I must have. This is a pass for me.

Never owned a Primus OG ...so this is pretty awesome. Well except for my first Primus poster ever as a kid when I was about 16, Miscellaneous Debris that I had signed by Mr. Claypool in person a few years ago. A keepsake for sure. Reminds me I need to share pictures of that sometime. I didn't want to see this on eBay with some prick wanting a grand for it so congrats to the both of us, Rick.

I'm loving the fact Ron Donovan also helped with this.

Ya gotta love those sweet 1/1's

By the way, I just looked back to my purchase of Reuben's Primus NYE SF shows a few months ago. I snagged a matching set of green variants for those shows... matching # 4/20 8)

Photos? I'm not remembering anything green.

UPDATE ...you mean the whale one. I picked up the show edition thanks to a friend but it's not one of my favorites. The paper was weak and the print job was not impressive. I think my favorite Primus by Bellyache/Reuben Rude is the Las Vegas one that he collabed with Zoltron on. I have the split fountain one and I love it.

Yeah, the whale. The thing I liked about it was the band playing outside the house. The music seemed to make the whale happy (i.e., the smile) :D
When I saw the green variants and noticed that the words "PRIMUS HAPPY NEW YEAR" were red on the Dec 31 and blue on the Jan 1, I went for them and Reubenm was good enough to give me #4/20 of both.

I just submitted the artwork for the first of the 2012 into the database. My first submission mind you *pats self on back*.

I could use the points on here so I'll cover this whole series if that's okay with everyone.

I didn't see the option to include variants in the original listing, how do you do that? I take it I have to wait for the original submission to be approved first but after that I haven't a clue. Thanks for your help in advance.

I wish I did but DIBS on a PB! Haha

I'm thankful all the artists put up small batches after every show. The variants help take the sting away of being so far away from all the shows. Well that and Toasterland. :notworthy:
