He actually did. From his site:
"i was approached by band management a few months back and asked to illustrate a poster in a south park theme for the denver stop on their tour. after running it up the flagpole to trey parker and matt stone, we were off and running. "

My understanding is...
325 total. 150 per show. Tom sold 25.

Just got my AP from Tom today and it looks like he was just given 25 out of the total 325 as the edition size listed on my print is 325.
