I received both Tron Legacy and Tron Original from SS today. Tron Legacy was mint, although I still need to check for the paint error. Tron Original definitely was rolled with Gorilla hands! Man, how could they do that! It shows up worse on the back than on the front so I"m hoping that it will flatten away... what a disappointment though.

I submitted the info for my damaged dumbo Saturday night, never heard from them, then got a return label email about 20 minutes ago. I assume it's for the Dumbo, but I've gotten no other info from them...is this pretty standard, or are they normally a bit better about communication?
same here. i was assuming i'd get an email from support at some point.
Don't give in, my brothas! Solidarity! Unity!
What am I not giving in to?
Oops, missed that you were returning the Dumbo. Thought it was the Tron. WE MUST STAND UNITED.

I cancelled an order with them previously because of this...they emailed me with their shipping quote as I was a first time customer.

My Tron Legacy arrived mint (although the kraft paper was folded in to the print, it luckily caused no edge damage). It does have the paint spot, but that appears to be a screen issue.
I'm not sure yet what the plan is for the Tron. Are we uniting to get a better refund? So far, SS just emailed me the $20 offer.

Don't think any amount of uniting our complaints will make a difference. Can't fight the man, just got bend over and take it. They'll likely say take it our leave it.

And then they'll get a flood of unsellable, damaged prints.

They sell them. They call them 'distressed'. Or at least they do it with their statues and wouldn't be surprised if they start doing them with the prints. Or they'll advertise, as they constantly do, that they are 'suddenly back in stock'.
@DD, Ahh. Now I see. Yep, it's there.
