Congrats man! I'm a Nebraskan who frequents Colorado. Love Denver. Love the mountains. Great art spots like David B. Smith Gallery. Great music venues like Red Rocks. You will not run out of things to do. I'm jealous of your move. :)

my uncle has lived in Denver forever and he was just visiting Chicago in April

cold as balls here and he could not wait to get back to Denver. Before he came I told him to bring a jacket, the one he was wearing was not heavy enough but he thought being from Denver he would be able to hang

my point is that Denver is not that bad most months out of the year

More like $2 for a limited edition silkscreen poster if we're trying to be analogous.

200k is dirt cheap for a house in any desirable part of the country. I'd buy a house here in a second for that price.

Indeed. I think I just know a lot of folks from the sticks. I tell people I paid a little over 200 for the house and I hear shit like "awwww dude I coulda bought 6 houses in my neighborhood AND a fuckin Camaro for that!".
These are people that have to drive a goddamn hour to get to a movie theater.

Congrats dude. Denver is beautiful, it's my next move. Besides, this town isn't big enough for the two of us.

Always wanted to say that.
