ive taken to browsing the EB forums in two separate windows...i read one, while the other one is slowly loading.

is it really to much to ask for a EBeans to run as fast as the rest of the web? can anything be done about this?

It hasn't been too bad for me. I had to block googleanalytics...took forever for pages to load when that damn thing was running. I'd watch my cpu usage spike while it was running...that's a bunch of fudge. The ajax spins for a long time after page loads. Not that I sit here and watch it...just something I noticed recently.

It's slow almost to point that I can't use this site. I just donated some money and I suggest you all do as well.

This is a valuable resource for all of us, and we'd use it even more if it was fast!!

Can a mod chime in and fill us all in on why the site has been slow as of late?

Any idea how much the user base has been growing? I bet that has something to do with it.

For some reason my EB pages are taking over a minute to load sometimes longer it seems like the server is just not responding and then after a while sending out stuff almost like it's currently under a DDOS attack or the like.

I was curious if anyone else is having this problem?

LOL, it is the Ansin Dracula drop day, in that minute it took to load everyone was sold out in less than 20secs.
