Names in italics indicate to the mods people that have opted to be "invisible" while using the site. You just don't see that. I like the orange. How long does the orange username last?
When I worked at the steel mill you had to wear a bright yellow hardhat for your first 3 months so everyone around knew you were a noob. More of a safety thing there I suppose.
