Been 5 days - why does sale still show ***pending approval

Why would a sale by a member that was entered with nothing in the notes or any issues still show pending approval after more than 5 days? i see other sales recorded instantly with no issues

There are 133 other member sales waiting to be approved too. And over 1000 auctions.

i get that, i see how certain things (new releases, specific artist editions, etc.) get prioritized the second emails or blogs are updated. just wasn't sure if some things get held up based on what was in the original WT listing as some just push through with no hold whatsoever
