Hi,

I"ve read the art care threads but have never seen anything about this. I have a print that's been in a mylar sleeve and in my flat file. It is completely flat almost rigid it seems. I was thinking of trading and if I do was wondering if there is anything I consider or do before just rolling it up. Obvioulsy I'd be careful but again it's rigid

Appreciate the help.

I could be wrong, but aren't all prints flat and then rolled for the first time when the artist sends them out?

Also, if you feel its too thick to roll and it would get damaged then you should probably consider mailing it flat.

I feel they are being printed and coming off of some sort of rolller so the ends I'm guessing have a somewhat roll to them to start. Mailing it flat is an option.

Nah, they're printed flat. No rollers involved.

Just roll it up and the next guy will flatten it out.

This was the image that came to mind, when I read your question, Shepard Fairey signing a shitload of screen prints before, I assume, rolling them up and sending them out.

Thanks. I just had this image of rolling it and it bends or something because of how tight it was (I know normally people don't complain about a print being to flat), I'm sure it'll be all good.
