It's been pretty bad lately
It's not an issue with the board and the log is showing no errors. It would seem to be an issue with the hosting and hopefully the person who deals with that has raised a support ticket.
From the errors I've seen on a couple of occasions it could be a lack of memory issue in the database server. It will get resolved.
