Hello all,

I've been looking at doing framing on the side, and eventually full time. My main reason is because I have a group of posters that I need framed, but also because layoffs at my company are always happening every 6 months or so, and I will probably need something to fall back on when the axe falls.

Anyhow, does anyone know of any framing underpinners which are good deals? Or any Art/framing forums where someone could find others who have items to buy/sell? I've seen the links here for art supplies for mattes and mylar sleeves and all, but not too much as far as equipement for making it all yourself.
Ebay is decent enough, but I would rather have people who know what they are using/selling than someone who inherited a frame shop from their late parent.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'd be interested to see replies to this as well.

One of the better sites I found for supplies and equipment, at least compared to dickblick and a couple other retails (anywhere from 10 to 30% less)

http://www.framingsupplies.com

If I find anymore, I'll post them here...
