I noticed a couple of recorded sales where the eBay reserve price was not met. This makes it appear as though the poster sold at a lower price than the seller was willing to accept. If there was a 2nd chance offer, I would assume that the "ebay" link would take you to the auction item associated with the 2nd chance offer. Is this something that needs to be corrected?

This has been fixed. I did not go over the old ones personally. But i started a background task to go and recheck about 5,000 old sales. This will happen automatically over days... not hours.
