somebody help me! i can't figure out how to buy...

I have been trying to by a phish poster by Pete Navales for months. I'm computer challenged and can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. I don't know if there just
aren't any available or if i'm missing something. Help!

Which one? They are on eBay all the time.
