eBay Sold Items that didn't register in database

I've sold a couple prints I had multiples of on the bay and neither of them registered sold in the database. I manually entered both at sold price on here. Both are showing "pending approval". Trying to do my part to keep updated. In case I've been flagged for this I'm attaching photo of sales. Thanks team!!

This same has happened to me twice recently. The 1st one I posted it as a sale away from the bay. I didn't want to do this again so here I am. The bay item # is 145032964047, Sperry Soundgarden AE 2011, sold 122223 for $900+ shipping by woodyworld
