Anyone know how long you have to wait after subscribing annually before the icon shows I’m a donating member?

Hi Utini,

We've had a bit of a staff reshuffle and the person who dealt with this is no longer with us. We'll try and get all caught up but if you could PM me your transaction number I'll see if I can sort your donator pin.
