I couldn't seem to regain access to this account and so I opened a new one. As a result I now have two. I've used the second account for a bit now
How, you may ask, am I now on this account? Apparently my work computer had this login information saved. So, when I FINALLY got around to making a donation, using the link sent by ebeans, it autologged me into this account.

Here is my problem and question:

Is there a way to combine the two accounts?
I know it's stupid but I want the little icon depicting that I am a contributor on the account I actually use. That account is the one through which I've been communicating with individuals and through which I've made purchases.

Message the Administrators distribution to see if they're able to do anything. Even if they can't "merge" the accounts, they could make sure your donation is associated with the correct account, and close the unused one for you.
