Everytime I go to add artwork I get a message saying the EB server is down...

This is a known issue. The submission is going through, so no need to resubmit. It's just the completion page that's erroring out.
So it goes...

I resubmitted a bunch of times before I read this. Saw they got added today; I apologize for flooding the inbox with submit attempts!
